We source, screen and select the very best candidates for the programme. During their intensive 12-week training programme, we assess for potential and fit to your business. At the end of the training you appoint a graduate for your business from a handpicked short-list.
We reduce the risk to your investment by taking care of the employment arrangements, providing ongoing support to the graduate, and spreading the cost of recruitment, employment and training over a 21-month placement.
If for any reason you have concerns or it doesn’t work out, we work with you to resolve, or provide a replacement graduate.
At the end of the two-year programme, you can choose to hire the graduate into your business permanently.
